About Justin Follin
   The Executive           Thought Partner

I’ve always been drawn to people realizing their full potential. When a leader grows, it changes more than just their results. It betters their teams, their culture, and their company. I’ve seen that ripple effect up close my entire career, and it’s what keeps me in this work.

As an Executive Thought Partner, I work with company leaders to achieve their full potential. I am equal parts advisor, strategist, speaker, and coach. I work with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders to think more clearly, make better decisions, and communicate with authority.

Previously, I was the co-founder and CEO of BLUECASE Strategic Partners, a high-performance consultancy that, for nearly a decade, supported fast-growth mid-market companies through major transitions. We worked with multiple clients who reached billion-dollar valuations, led cultural integrations after acquisitions, supported CEOs through exits, and helped startups reach product delivery and profitability.

I’m also the author of the bestselling book Be a Better Team by Friday: A Playbook for High-Performance Teams, based on my experience working directly with executives and leadership teams.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve coached and advised both public and private CEOs, including two Ernst & Young CEOs of the Year, and led leadership and cultural-integration programs across industries. I created the Innovative Leadership Foundations framework to strengthen cross-functional performance for mid-market firms. I trained the senior consultants and executive coaches at my firm, and taught coaching-style leadership to senior managers inside a Fortune 50 oil and gas company.

I’ve spoken about my work at TEDx, Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Washington University of Science and Technology, and The University of Texas. I've also written for (and been featured in) Forbes. Outside of my leadership work, I’ve coached athletes, poker players, TEDx speakers, and stage performers to reach peak performance — often calling upon my background as a mindfulness teacher to help clients stay grounded and clear under pressure.
